Sea Gals Fitness Challenge Official Rules

TThe Sea Gals Fitness Challenge Contest ("The Contest") begins April 7th, 2008 and ends on June 22nd, 2008 (the "Contest Entry Period"). Contest is sponsored by the Washington Dairy Products Commission (the “Sponsor”).

1. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open to girls between the ages of 7 and 14, except affiliates of the Dairy Farmers of Washington (“Sponsor”) or Delaunay Communications Inc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, distributors, and members of the immediate family and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Contest void where prohibited by law.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.seagalsnacks.net. Answer 9 of the 12 questions correct – fill out entry form to be eligible. Only one entry per person will be put in the drawing. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void.

3. PRIZES: Six winners will have lunch with 6 of the Seattle Seahawks Sea Gals at the Spokane Club on June 28th;. They will also have the opportunity to work out with and participate in one performance with the Sea Gals at Hoopfest.

4. DRAWING: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received.
The random drawing will be conducted under the direct supervision of DeLaunay Communications, Inc. (2033 6th Avenue, Suite 333, Seattle, WA 206-682-3699. Winners will be notified by mail or phone. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE CLAIM: Noncompliance by a potential winner and/or his or her guest will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Claimed prizes will be awarded.

6.GENERAL RULES: Each contestant grants Sponsor-W.D.P.C. and its franchisees full permission and authority to use, re-use and license the use of their voice, name, photograph or likeness in any promotional activity related to their being a contest winner, except where prohibited by law, and further grants Sponsor the right to use contestant contact information for its own use to contact contestants about other Sponsor and that they are entitled to no further compensation from Sponsor and its agency are not responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, not received, stolen, mutilated or illegible entries. By entering this drawing, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relative to this contest. The Washington Dairy Products Commission and its representatives reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these official rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the contest, drawing and redemption of prizes. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value should featured prizes become unavailable. Sponsor, their subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury or property loss or other damages of winners (and their guests) arising from, or in connection with the prizes awarded or participation in this contest. Employees of Sponsor, affiliates, their dependants and immediate families, are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
